Peach Hibiscus Sunset Tea

A refreshing blend of hibiscus and peach that captures the essence of summer in every sip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 cup of hibiscus tea leaves
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the hibiscus tea leaves or tea bags to the boiling water.
  3. Strain the tea into a heatproof pitcher after steeping.
  4. Sweeten the tea while it’s still warm by stirring in honey or sugar until dissolved.
  5. Chill the tea in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to cool.
  6. Prepare the peaches by slicing them while the tea is cooling.
  7. Assemble the drink with ice cubes, sliced peaches, and pour the chilled hibiscus tea over them.
