Pizza Burritos

Delicious wraps that blend classic pizza flavors into a delightful burrito form with melty cheese and zesty sauce.

Ingredients

  • 5 Flour Tortillas (Soft Taco Size)
  • 1 Cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1+ Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 30+ Pepperoni Slices (or Stuffings of Choice)
  • 3 tbsp Butter (Melted)
  • 1/3 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Shredded Parmesan (For Topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the tortillas by brushing one side with melted butter and sprinkling with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Flip each tortilla so the seasoned side is down and spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center.
  4. Add a handful of cheese on top of the sauce, then layer with pepperoni.
  5. Roll the tortilla up from the bottom, tucking in the sides to create a burrito shape.
  6. Bake the burritos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brushing them with more melted butter and sprinkling with parmesan. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
  7. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize toppings based on your preference. Resting after baking helps the flavors meld.
