Pull-Apart Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Cheesy and spicy sliders filled with tender buffalo chicken, perfect for game day or family gatherings.

  • 12 Sweet Hawaiian rolls (kept attached as a slab)
  • 3 cups Shredded chicken (pre-cooked, approx. 450g)
  • 0.75 cup Buffalo hot sauce (mixed with butter)
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter (for the buffalo sauce)
  • 8 slices White provolone cheese (for layering)
  • 0.5 cup Creamy ranch dressing (thick and opaque)
  • 0.25 cup Melted butter (for brushing the bun tops)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley flakes (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your chicken by shredding it and mixing with buffalo hot sauce and melted butter.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping them attached.
  4. Layer half of the provolone cheese slices on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Add the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cheese.
  6. Top with the remaining provolone slices and seal with the top half of the rolls.
  7. Brush melted butter over the top of the rolls.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
  9. Let the sliders rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or sauces to customize these sliders to your taste.
