Tangy Pepperoncini Relish

A flavorful and vibrant relish that adds a delightful zing to sandwiches, grilled meats, and salads.

  • 1 jar pickled pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Start by chopping your onions and bell peppers.
  2. Drain the pepperoncini: Open your jar of pickled pepperoncini and give them a good drain.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add your drained pepperoncini, chopped onions, bell peppers, and parsley.
  4. Dress the relish: Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the mix.
  5. Chill and let it marinate: Cover the bowl and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve it up: After marinating, scoop your relish into a serving bowl.

Notes

For a spicier kick, swap in some jalapeños for the bell peppers.
