Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ahi Tuna: Pat the steaks dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the Pan: Drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the Ahi: Cook steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Perfect Cooking: Aim for an internal temperature of 120°F (49°C) for rare.
