Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

A delightful and easy dessert blending fresh strawberries, creamy cheesecake, and moist yellow cake.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prep a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it.
  3. Prepare the strawberries by slicing them.
  4. Mix the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  5. Layer the strawberries evenly in the baking dish.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
  7. Add the yellow cake mix evenly on top.
  8. Pour the melted butter and milk over the cake mix.
  9. Sprinkle with salt.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  12. Serve with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
