  • 1 Cup Strawberries, Chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Oil for Frying
  • Whipped Cream (for Serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the Strawberries: Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
  3. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, fold the corners, and roll tightly.
  4. Heat the Oil: In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat to around 350°F.
  5. Fry the Egg Rolls: Fry the egg rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drain and Cool: Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Let cool for a few minutes.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Experiment with different fillings and toppings!
