A vibrant, refreshing iced tea that combines the tartness of hibiscus and the sweetness of strawberries, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • Hibiscus tea bags (4)
  • Fresh strawberries (2 cups)
  • Water (4 cups)
  • Honey or agave syrup (to taste)
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add hibiscus tea bags. Reduce heat and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Sweeten it up: Remove tea from heat and add honey or agave syrup, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Strawberry magic: Rinse and slice strawberries into quarters or mash for more flavor.
  4. Combine: Add strawberries to the cooled tea and stir gently.
  5. Chill out: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  6. Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
