A delightful strawberry pie that brings sunshine and joy to any gathering with its fresh strawberries and sweet, velvety filling.

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Small Box of Jello (Strawberry flavor)
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • Cool Whip (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by rinsing, drying, and slicing them.
  2. Create the sweet syrup by combining sugar, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbling.
  3. Add the jello to the thickened mixture, whisking until dissolved.
  4. Combine the strawberries with the syrup mixture, folding gently.
  5. Fill the graham cracker crust with the strawberry filling.
  6. Chill the pie in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream before serving.

Notes

For a fun variation, try adding berries or nuts. Serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
